From bottom of the list to feeling like a queen in 10 mins with EFT

Often when we've experienced trauma and particularly if we have cPTSD we can develop the belief that we don't matter. So many of my clients prioritise everyone else before themselves to the extent that we just get used to our stuff not mattering. Similarly, during our menopause years we might find that we have so many responsibilities that our own stuff takes a back seat.


Whether that stuff is doing your tapping, seeing friends, making time for a hobby you love, getting out for a walk in the woods on your own or whatever else it might be, our tapping today will take you from the bottom of your own list to feeling like the queen you really are so that there's no longer any question that your time and what matters to you should be a priority. The things that feed our soul are not a luxury, they are as important as breathing and it's time we learned to treat them that way.
