Hold and Breathe - EFT techniques

In this week's video we explore one of the most simple and effective EFT techniques - hold and breathe.
This technique simply involves gently holding each of our main tapping points in turn and taking a deep, calming breath.
This is great for anyone who is new to EFT, it's a lovely way to learn the points while calming the stress centres of the brain at the same time. I will often begin sessions with it when I first begin to work with a new client or if someone logs into their session feeling a bit stressed or overwhelmed. I also sometimes use it if a client becomes distressed during a session to help them ground and centre again.
