Is it working?

How do you know if your EFT tapping is working? In today's video we discuss the SUDs rating scale and some other signs that your EFT tapping is effective. Whether you're tapping for a better menopause, shifting old patterns of belief and behaviour or gently recovering from trauma, today's video will help you understand whether your tapping is doing what you want it to.
SUDs stands for Subjective Units of Distress or Discomfort. It's what we're measuring when we ask questions like 'on a scale from 0-10 how intense does that feel?' We might be talking about a pain, where 0 is no pain at all and 10 is the worst it's ever been. In this case of course, we want the number to go down as we tap and we'll also discuss in the video what to do when it doesn't.
We might be talking about a belief where 0 is 'I don't believe it at all' and 10 is 'it's not a belief it's just a fact.' In this case it depends on the belief as to which direction we want our number to move in.
No matter what we're talking about, the key is that our SUDs rating, taken before and after our tapping, gives us an indication of whether or not our work is effective.
We also discuss the many physical indications that our tapping is working, from yawns and burps to tiredness or feeling energised to laughing or crying, our bodies dispel energy in all kinds of ways.
