An informal chat to learn more about me and the trauma recovery programme or EFT sessions Find out if the programme is suitable for you, ask any questions you have, let me know your situation and what changes you would like to make in your life. Following the session you will be invited to apply for the programme or sessions (or if either one of us feels it's not a good fit, you'll be offered a list of referral options) The programme or sessions will be tailored to your own individual needs and is therefore different for every woman who undertakes it.
